Current Responsibilities
Rastko Djordjevic joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality Group as Senior Vice President in the EMEA Hotel Asset Management department. He is responsible for conducting strategic operational management and positioning reviews as well as providing on-going asset management services focusing on sustainable economic performance enhancement opportunities and strategies.

Experience
Before joining JLL, Rastko was advising investors on the positioning and operational set up of 5 star hotels and luxury branded residencies, and was responsible for the property and asset management of two real estate portfolios, compromising of 40 assets. During his career Rastko was working on a numerous portfolio valuations, operator selection, development and investment advisory projects for clients such as Meliá Hotels International, Occidental Hotels, NH Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, Credit Suisse amongst others. Rastko gained his revenue, sales and marketing and business development experience, in more than 6 hotel properties.

Positions
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels & Hospitality Group, Rastko was heading 2 real estate portfolios belonging to MPC Properties/Merrill Lynch and Marfin Investment, prior to that he worked for CBRE Hotels for 4 years, as Head of Cross border investment in Spain and heading the Latin American region thereafter. He has previously spent 6 years with Hilton hotels in more than 6 properties and in the regional franchising EMEA office in Frankfurt specialising in revenue management.

Education and Affiliations
Rastko Djordjevic graduated from the Swiss Hotel Management School Les Roches with a Hotel Management Diploma and a BSc (Hons.) in International Hospitality Management, in addition he holds an EMBA from IE Business School in Madrid and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Serbian.
