Dr Christian Koch has headed the Corporate Solutions and Project and Development Services division since November 2014. The areas of Residential Investment and Tétris - that is, turnkey interior design - were subsequently added to his remit.

Dr Christian Koch has headed the Corporate Solutions and Project & Development Services division since November 2014. The areas of Residential Investment and Tétris – that is, turnkey interior design – were subsequently added to his remit. He has the benefit of over 20 years of professional experience, predominantly in real estate. He gained some of his expertise in his consulting work at Roland Berger and in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Prior to his move to JLL, he was also the chief financial officer of a housing company and worked as Co-Head of Real Estate at IKB Deutsche Industriebank. As a member of the Management Board in Germany, his wealth of experience with complex corporate consultancy services and in the housing sector is extremely valuable, and has brought significant advances for JLL over recent years. 

Education

Multi-skilled from the start: along with his business degree from the EBS University of Business and Law in Oestrich Winkel, Dr Christian Koch also completed a Master of Arts in philosophy, literature and law at the University of Hagen. He was awarded his doctorate in 1998 from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Koblenz on the topic of option price theory.
