Dr. Konstantin Kortmann

Country Leader Germany & Head of Markets Advisory

Dr. Konstantin Kortmann has been Country Leader JLL Germany since May 2022. Also he is Head of Markets Advisory. In this role, he is responsible for JLL's leasing services in Germany in the office, retail and industrial asset classes.

Konstantin Kortmann joined JLL in 2011. Since 2013, he had built up the Residential Investment division at JLL, first as Team Leader and since 2016 as Head. There, he worked on a wide variety of national and international transaction projects in the residential sector before taking over the management of all leasing areas in Germany as Head of Markets Advisory from January 2021.

Prior to joining JLL, Konstantin Kortmann worked for four years as a project manager at a Big 4 accounting firm in the Real Estate Transaction Services division.

Konstantin Kortmann has more than 15 years of professional experience in the real estate sector.
