Izabela Danner has overseen strategic and operational personnel management at JLL for over 5 years now. She started her HR career at the Deutsche Börse Group, initially in strategic projects, moving on to become responsible for worldwide recruitment and staff professional development. In her subsequent position as Head of Human Resources at DTZ, Izabela assumed responsibility for all personnel matters for Germany and Northern Europe, before she came to JLL at the start of 2013. On her appointment as a Member of the Board two years later she was able to further consolidate the key role of human resources in the future development of JLL. Along with her Board responsibility for two cities, personnel and administration in Germany and Northern Europe remain Izabela's key focuses. She is also the sponsor of a global sustainability initiative and a driving force behind the current realignment of JLL towards a new flexible and modern workplace.
With a degree in business administration, Izabela Danner understands what a business needs for success and peak performance. Soon after graduating, she gained extensive practical experience, including with the European Union, that complemented her studies at Frankfurt's Goethe University.
