Karoline Kröger

Head of HR Germany

Karoline Kröger has been Head of HR DACH at JLL since August 1, 2023, responsible for the human resources department at JLL in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She also represents this department as a member of the German Operations Board.

Previously, she held the position of Head of People Solutions & Delivery Central Cluster, overseeing the central HR services within JLL in Germany as well as for 16 other countries in Europe. Since joining JLL in 2013, Karoline Kröger has held numerous positions in the German HR department, including leadership roles such as Head of HR Operations Northern Cluster and HR Business Partner, overseeing the personnel needs of several business units.
