Head of JLL Work Dynamics DACH & CEE and EMEA Consulting Lead
Martina Williams was appointed Head of Work Dynamics DACH and CEE (Eastern Europe) at JLL in October 2020.
In her newly created role at JLL, the graduated engineer and project manager is also a member of the Work Dynamics EMEA Board. Her area of responsibility includes Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. There Martina supports companies and owners with a global real estate footprint with fully integrated real estate and outsourcing services together with digital solutions to adapt their portfolios to new requirements. The services of Work Dynamics include highly specified consulting, portfolio services, project and development services and integrated facility management
Martina joined JLL from CBRE, where she previously led the transformation of a global corporate portfolio as Global Strategy & Transformation Officer and served as a member of the EMEA Executive Team in Advisory & Transaction Services. Prior to this she led Client Solutions in EMEA for Advisory and Transaction Services at CBRE.
Martina has 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining CBRE, she held senior management positions at Deutsche Bank and RBS Group in Germany, Central and Eastern Europe and Continental Europe.
