Ralf Kemper

Head of Value & Risk Advisory Germany

Ralf Kemper has been Head of the Value & Risk Advisory Germany department at the Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart offices since May 2015.

With his team, Ralf Kemper is responsible for the valuation of residential and commercial real estate as well as real estate portfolios in Germany and Austria. In addition, in this area he is responsible for European client management and the management of major international mandates.

Ralf Kemper has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, valuation and international real estate investment. Prior to his function as Head of Value & Risk Advisory Germany, he was Team Leader in the valuation department of JLL since 2010, where he joined as a consultant in 2002.

The business economist studied real estate economics at the Berufsakademie Mannheim. He is a Professional Member of RICS (MRICS) and is also involved for the industry in the Accounting and Valuation Committee of ZIA German Property Federation as well as in the Real Estate Commission of DVFA.
