Your enquiries will be processed quickly and simply, and we will work with you to refine your requirements profile – digitally, of course.

2. Market analysis using the OfficeExplorer

Our digital OfficeExplorer tool uses up-to-the-minute market and location analyses to compare potential premises, delivering a comprehensive market overview.

Shortlist and virtual tour

A comparison of premises and the web-based process allow you to quickly compile a list of your favourites and then view them virtually.

Negotiations and completion

We will guide you through the negotiations, setting up online meeting tools if required.

By telephone, email, at jll.de/immo or other online marketplaces – you have numerous options to begin your office search with us. We will discuss the situation with you before together defining your specific requirements using email and video conferences.

Market analysis using the OfficeExplorer

Taking your requirements profile as the starting point, we will use our OfficeExplorer digital tool to identify all available rental spaces within just a few minutes, analysing and comparing rents, locations, size and the immediate vicinity. We will then organise a virtual meeting to discuss potential properties and provide an overview of your options.

Shortlist and virtual tour

A web-based procedure based on the OfficeExplorer results will generate a longlist of suitable premises for you. This will then be used to jointly compile a shortlist, following which you can immediately view the properties by taking virtual 360° tours. If desired, we can also create 3D models which demonstrate how you could design your future offices. It goes without saying that you can still also view the front runners personally, as long as all the relevant hygiene regulations are complied with.

Negotiations and completion

Once you have identified the right premises, we will guide you through the contract negotiations with the landlord, helping you to achieve the best possible rental terms and conditions. We are currently conducting such meetings as video conferences.
