I am part of a committee called "Workshifting", where we address employee engagement and provide opportunities for employees to develop, grow, and stay with JLL. I am passionate about employee engagement and I am currently proposing new ideas for JLL to invest in engagement opportunities for those that are long-term employees of JLL and that are part of an older generation. I think it is important to engage every generation within the workforce, because shared knowledge and experiences from both older and younger employees makes JLL stronger. I am always interested in efforts to build a better workplace for all colleagues. I love working for JLL, and hope to continue to work on projects that invest in the success of all employees.
