Built in 1989, the complex with its five-storey eye-catching rotunda was completely ground-breaking at the time and paved the way for medical centres throughout Germany. Occupying a prime central location, the renowned Haubrichforum directly on Neumarkt not only closed a building gap, but more importantly, a gap in the medical care market. Since then, the local population has benefited from a broad spectrum of diagnostic disciplines and therapeutic procedures in one location. And it's truly exquisite: excellent private and public transport connections with direct access to the underground railway, optimal local amenities with shops, bars and restaurants, 62 underground parking spaces, insulation, natural stone granite façade, integrated split AC units, a diverse tenant and use mix (ranging from ultra-modern medical practices and apartments to an open shopping arcade on the ground floor). These are just a few of the qualities of this well-maintained property in the best Top 7 property location.

Excellent cooperation and highly professional due diligence

"High professionalism on all sides enabled this exclusive deal to be concluded within a few months."

Daniel Weuthen, JLL Director Office Investment Köln

JLL was exclusively responsible for the two-stage sales process. Task: signing and closing within four months of marketing launch.

This required an efficient approach in close cooperation with the seller, LaSalle Investment Management. We analysed the market price, created the sales story, designed high-quality marketing documents, selected a broad investor approach, conducted bidder discussions and personal visits. All this including concrete sale and purchase agreement negotiations and regular reporting to the client.

The purchaser also proved to be a highly professional player. The value and growth potential of the property were quickly identified and a comprehensive due diligence carried out.

Signing and handover in just 4 months

Strong interest from regional and national investors and top-quality negotiation skills made this possible: within four months, everything was in place. The new owner of the Haubrichforum, directly on Neumarkt in Cologne, is a Credit Suisse Asset Management real estate investment vehicle which has optimally enhanced its portfolio of high-quality real estate in prosperous locations in Germany by acquiring the property.
