JLL advises seller of the Maple portfolio
The portfolio consists of three logistics buildings in Werne, Chemnitz and Alzenau
FRANKFURT, May 7, 2020 - The European logistics partnership of HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan) and Verdion as developer and manager has sold the Maple portfolio. The portfolio consists of three logistics buildings in Werne, Chemnitz and Alzenau with a total area of around 150,000 m². The spaces are rented to global companies. The largest property is an approximately 100,000 m² fulfillment center in Werne.
The portfolio was bought by Apeiron, the European asset and investment manager, in partnership with Midas International Asset Management, funded by South Korean institutional investors.
The purchase price is approximately EUR 200 million.
