Plan
ESG Strategy & Planning
We support you in defining your sustainability ambitions in view of current market developments and increasing regulations, and developing individual actions that contribute to your long-term corporate goals. Net Zero Carbon Strategy
We will develop an integrated, data-based decarbonization strategy for you to help you derive the optimal plan and reduce the CO2 intensity of your portfolio in terms of time and money. The Manage to green approach helps you actively counteract the devaluation risk of your portfolio, anticipate upcoming legal regulations at an early stage and act in accordance with the Paris Climate Protection Agreement 1.5 degree target as a mandatory basis for German and European climate policy.
Green Leasing
A green (lease) or responsible lease is a specially designed rental agreement aimed at sustainability, which is intended to encourage lessees to use a property as sustainably as possible and lessors to manage a property as sustainably as possible. We support you in identifying the sustainability issues relevant to the parties and reconcile their respective interests. As an outcome, we provide you with suitable wording for contract additions or components, subject to legal advice.
ESG Organizational Consulting

“Net Zero Carbon” Implementation
Achieving ambitious climate neutrality goals is complex. We find the ideal combination of sensible use of renewable energies and efficient use of CapEx for your property. This improves your building structure and establishes an intelligent building and data management system to enable resource-saving and climate-neutral use of the building. Once individual measures have been prioritized, we coordinate the planning and implementation of the packages of measures to successfully reduce energy consumption and emissions.
ESG Check
Whether in the course of a transaction, as an assessment of the status quo, to confirm taxonomy conformity, or to define specific potential for action and improvement: we analyze your real estate holistically and support you in positioning it on the market in accordance with your real estate strategy. We generate data-driven valuation reports that are guided by your needs and that you can rely on to make your investment decisions. Measures that potentially lead to improved ESG rating are quantified with specific investment requirements.
Energy Audit
Keeping the regulatory requirements of the Energy Services Act (DIN EN 16247) in mind, we support your company in systematically analyzing and interpreting the energy consumption of your building. We identify structural and technical measures based on this that improve energy efficiency, save CO2 emissions and reduce energy costs.
“Green Building” Certification
Whether for new construction or existing optimization – we advise your company on market-relevant “Green Building” certifications for buildings such as: B. DGNB, LEED and BREEM, which increase recognition on the real estate market and among users. Our accredited experts will support you on the path to the desired standard, from taking stock to implementing the necessary measures to create all the requirements for certification.
Nature Strategy
According to the World Economic Forum, more than half of the world's GDP depends on nature, and one in five companies could face significant operational risks as a result of ecosystem collapse and biodiversity loss. We support you in developing an appropriate nature-based strategy and appropriate goals that use the TNFD framework to assess nature-related risks and opportunities so that your company is best positioned to combat such influences.
Climate Risk Analysis
As part of our sustainability consulting, we offer climate risk analyzes for existing and under-construction buildings, with a focus on the implementation and management of resilient buildings. A climate risk assessment ensures that possible climate risks (floods, heat stress, hailstorms, etc.) can be identified today and in the future and avoided through recommended actions. These measures include both the physical building fabric and building management.
