In a market environment which is characterised by a shortage of space, the operators are renting ever more space. New locations are opening almost every week. While growth continues in the Big 7, more and more operators are also taking aim at secondary markets.
The study analyses flex space expansion in twelve secondary cities and the profitability of the “Flex Space” locations by comparing revenues with leasing costs.
